Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Afri Connect, a WhatsApp business platform provided by Delz Ai Labs.

By creating an account or using Afri Connect, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Afri Connect complies with applicable laws in your country.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use Afri Connect only for lawful business communication. You must not use the platform to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content without proper customer opt-in.
• Violate WhatsApp Business Platform policies or Meta commerce and messaging rules.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, or mislead customers.
• Transmit malware, illegal content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
• Resell or sublicense Afri Connect without our written permission.

Afri Connect is built on the official WhatsApp Business API. You are responsible for obtaining customer consent, using approved message templates where required, honoring opt-out requests, and following WhatsApp's commerce and messaging policies.

We may suspend or restrict messaging if we detect policy violations or activity that puts your number or our platform at risk.

Some Afri Connect features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise.

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled before renewal. WhatsApp conversation charges may apply separately based on Meta's pricing.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

You retain ownership of the customer data you upload or collect through Afri Connect. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and message your customers, including consent where required.

We aim to keep Afri Connect reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Afri Connect, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Delz Ai Labs or their licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or platform except the limited right to use the service.

Afri Connect is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages or specific business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delz Ai Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Afri Connect.

You may stop using Afri Connect at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or WhatsApp policies.

Upon termination, your right to access Afri Connect ends. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
